I have a strong belief in using cage-free and hormone-free meat (we call it free farmed) so that is what I look for when sourcing our fresh meats. I love to support farmers from all over the Canterbury region. All of our pork is from Pig-Care Accredited farms - meaning the pigs are in a cage-free environment and well looked after. Our wine and cheese selection is from all over the South Island, anywhere from just around the corner in Cracroft down to Central Otago.  

Cashmere Cuisine offers an authentic butchery experience which is why it is so well supported by the local community. Come Saturday there are queues out the door of customers lining up for their fix of fine cuts and small meaty goods.
